The Golden Touch: Golden-Crowned Kinglets with Golden Rod Flowers

Just watching the Lions/Eagles game is making me chilly today! Good thing I painted these wonderfully warm Golden Crowned Kinglets with their friend the Golden Rod flower. They are sitting pretty, all puffed up and ready to snuggle. Kinglets are known for their small round stature but they are constantly in motion. Everyone needs a break and these two are taking a break in style!
