On The Lookout: Mountain Chickadees on Pine

Tahoe love the pine needles, I love the pine needles! I also love the Mountain Chickadees, so this is a perfect match. I like how the left-side chickadee looks very serious. She's on the lookout for some excitement, especially if it ends up with tasty treats in her belly. The chickadee on the right looks like he's already found enough treats and is simply indulging his mate's sense of adventure. We do what we can for the ones we love!
