Getting my ducks in a row! What's better than a swim in the lake with your family on a clear day? My Mallard mama and her babies are out early and it looks like one of the ducklings has spotted us.

I had to decide how to paint the background, so I chose to focus just on the ducks and their reflections. It's a big lake out there, but when you're with family, the long journey becomes an exciting adventure!
