This little Kahuna is ready to have fun. He's an 'Akohekohe, white-crested Hawaiian honeycreeper. The 'Akohekohe is only living on Maui now, but this little guy is heading home to Oahu and Megan. I know he will be in good hands. He reminds me a little of Elvis during his Hawaiian movie years. He's definitely got the hunka-hunka burnin' love moves down! Aloha Little Kahuna!

Two little Golden Crowned Kinglets are sitting in a tree. A Ponderosa Pine to be exact. I love the Pom-Pom poofs of needles that extend from the ends of Ponderosa Pines. Combine the poms with a few tasty pinecones and a couple of fluffball kinglets and we have a great idea for a painting! To be continued...
